Great idea, not so good in real world

Tried to sync with my Google account, got error message that my user name or password may be incorrect (checked that several times, same one I use on multiple computers, tablets, iPhone, etc) not that, maybe locked out of my Gmail account (used it on my laptop and iPhone, no problem either) or I may have 2 step authentication enabled. Bingo, of course I do. Why would I not, especially after the Target wake up call last week?So, wont work. Why cant they be honest and say this doesnt work if you use a common security settings so I dont waste my money? Now I have to try and get the $4 credited back to my Apple account.
Lesson learned, Ill avoid this dealer in the future.
